Connect your Shopify store
Connecting Shopify is what makes drafts specific instead of generic — the AI can reference the customer's real order.
Read-only by design
Inbox requests read access to orders, customers, and fulfillments only. It never writes to or changes your store.
How to connect
Go to Connections, click Connect Shopify, and approve the install on your store. Drafts immediately start using live order context.
What if I don't connect it?
Inbox still works — it just asks the customer for an order number when it doesn't have order context, instead of guessing.
