Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Inbox (the “Service”), operated by The Agentic Group, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you’re authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

Inbox drafts customer-support replies using AI. Drafts require your approval before they are sent — you are responsible for the content you approve and send to your customers.

3. Trials & billing

Paid plans begin with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the plan you selected bills monthly until cancelled. Pricing is flat per plan with no per-resolution fees. Taxes may apply. Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service unlawfully, to send spam, or to violate your customers’ rights. You’re responsible for your Shopify and email account credentials and for the messages you approve.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI drafts may be inaccurate. Because every reply is shown to you for approval before sending, you are the final decision-maker. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process your customers’ personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
