Accessibility Statement

Inbox, operated by The Agentic Group, is committed to making both our website and the product usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or screen magnification.

1. Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the widely-recognized standard for accessible digital products and the benchmark we hold ourselves to.

2. What we do

  • Build with semantic HTML and clear heading structure so content is navigable.
  • Support keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
  • Use status roles and labels so alerts and actions are announced to assistive tech.
  • Honor your reduced-motion setting — decorative 3D and animation are disabled, and the site falls back to static visuals.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and product screenshots.
  • Design for color contrast and responsive layouts down to small screens.

3. Known limitations

The marketing homepage includes decorative 3D/WebGL visuals. These are purely cosmetic, are hidden from assistive technologies, and degrade gracefully to a static image — no information is conveyed by them alone. We are continuing to test and improve coverage across the product, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target.

If you hit an accessibility barrier, or you need information from us in a different format, please tell us — your reports directly shape what we fix next. Email support_inbox@theagenticgroup.dev with the page and the problem, and we will respond as quickly as we can and work with you on an accessible alternative in the meantime.

5. Assessment approach

We evaluate accessibility through a mix of automated checks in our development process and manual testing (keyboard navigation, screen-reader spot checks, reduced-motion). This statement will be updated as that work continues.
