Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Inbox, operated by The Agentic Group, uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: we use only the cookies the product needs to work and to keep you signed in safely, and our website analytics are cookieless. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing cookies — so there is nothing to consent to and you will not see a cookie banner.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Similar technologies” include things like local storage that work the same way. Some are essential for a site to function; others are used to measure traffic or to track people across sites. We use only the first kind.

2. The cookies we use

We use strictly-necessary cookies only:
  • Authentication & session — set by our login provider (Supabase Auth) to keep you securely signed in and to protect your session. Without these, the app cannot work.
  • Security — set by our bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) on sign-in and sign-up to tell humans from automated abuse.
  • Essential preferences — short-lived values that remember in-app state needed to deliver the page you requested.
These cookies are required to provide a service you have asked for, so under the GDPR/ePrivacy rules and India’s DPDP Act they do not require consent.

3. Analytics — without cookies

When website analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-first, cookieless tool (Plausible) that measures aggregate page views without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal data. It cannot identify you and sets nothing in your browser.

4. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing or retargeting pixels, social-media tracking cookies, or any cross-site tracking technology. We do not sell personal data.

5. Managing cookies

Because we only use strictly-necessary cookies, there is nothing optional to turn off. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, but blocking the essential ones will prevent you from signing in or using the app.

6. Changes

If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will update this page, add a consent mechanism first, and revise the “last updated” date.
