Connect Gmail
Inbox connects to Gmail so it can read incoming support email and send the replies you approve — in the original thread.
How to connect
Go to Connections, click Connect Gmail, and complete Google's secure sign-in. Grant the mail permission so Inbox can read and send on your behalf.
Is it secure?
Your access tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes access.
What gets sent?
Only the replies you approve. Public v1 keeps a human approval step before every customer send.
